Getting Started

New to Rrilla Maps? Here's everything you need to know to get up and running quickly:

Account Setup

Creating an account is simple. First create an account at https://app.rrillamaps.com/signup. Choose a plan based on your companies size and finish the billing setup. You'll start with a 14 day free trial.

Account owners can invite team members by open the Settings tool from the Admin Map and opening the Members tab. Members can download the app to get started completing assignments and dropping pins.

Basic Navigation

Once logged in, you'll see the main map interface. Here are some basic controls:

  • Zoom: Pinch to zoom in and out
  • Pan: Drag with one finger to move around the map
  • Mark Location: Tap the location pin button to mark your current position
  • Search: Use the search bar at the top to find specific locations

Can I use Rrilla Maps offline?

No. You must have some amount of network connectivity for the app to work.

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. For security reasons, password reset links expire after 24 hours.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we take data security seriously. Your location data is only collected when you actively choose to mark your location. All data is encrypted both during transmission and when stored on our servers. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting

App Performance Issues

If the app is running slowly or crashing, try these steps:

  1. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version
  2. Restart the app
  3. Check your internet connection
  4. Restart your device
  5. If problems persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Location Services Not Working

If the app can't access your location:

  1. Check that you've granted location permissions to Rrilla Maps
  2. Make sure your device's location services are turned on
  3. Try toggling location services off and on again
  4. Ensure you're in an area with good GPS signal

Camera Issues

If you're experiencing problems with the camera functionality:

  1. Verify that you've granted camera permissions to Rrilla Maps
  2. Check if other camera apps on your device are working properly
  3. Restart the app and try again
  4. Ensure your camera lens is clean and unobstructed
